Salary```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Grocery Associate to join our team. As a Grocery Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the grocery department. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery department - Assist with inventory management and ordering of products - Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures ```Experience``` - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of employees - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Administrative skills for inventory management and record keeping If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
