Must have knowledge of Windows operating systems, general Internet (www) and e-mail (Microsoft Outlook). Ability to troubleshoot related software and hardware issues.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of managers, clients, customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
P.O.S. Production
- Work with the Graphic Designer to design print and digital materials for both internal and external company branding.
- Design and produce weekly/monthly ad signs for sales management.
- Check supplier websites daily for updates on available themes for current merchandising programs.
- Study layout proposals and related materials to develop a concept and design for the production of retail cooler and window advertising.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand standards, maintaining visual style guide, and an organization-wide commitment to brand consistency.
- Ensure all designs align with state laws governing alcoholic beverage marketing.
- Select type and determine style, technique and medium best suited to produce desired effects.
- Design graphic material and lettering to be used for title, background, digital media, commercial logo and other visual layouts.
- Complete production schedule compliant with department requirements.
- Assist Marketing Manager with managing the inventory of point of sale materials that are received from supplier partners.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Must attend monthly sales training meetings.
