As a Grocery Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the Grocery Department. ```Duties:```
- Stocking and organizing shelves with grocery items
- Rotating products to ensure freshness
- Assisting customers in locating products and answering their inquiries
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the Grocery Department
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
```Skills:```
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist and engage customers effectively
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
