Monarch Lathes is seeking a 1st Shift Grinder Operator who will be responsible and a self motivated employee.
Types of Grinding would include I.D. / O.D. Grinding - Universal and Surface Grinding, Acme and Vee Thread Grinding
Other Duties would also include but not limited to:
Machine setups and tear downs
Read and Interpret blueprints
Using a variety of measuring devices such as snap gauges, bore gauges, indicators, micrometers, depth mics, calipers, etc.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
We are a manufacturer of Lathes. We make repair parts and rebuild lathes at this location
