We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in accordance with our menu and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes, such as burgers etc
- Ensure that all food items are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
- Must have previous experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and cooking methods
- Menu planning experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the kitchen team
- Basic knife skills for food preparation

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
