Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for an experienced line cook to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our standard recipes. You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.
Job Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for hardworking, knowledgeable and efficient line cooks to add to our growing back of house restaurant team. This role is responsible for the following:
· Cooking to temperature and spec all food on the line stations, while helping assist other kitchen line and prep stations as needed
· Restocking and cleaning station for proper execution
· Cleaning station, labeling prepped food and open food items, storing at proper temperatures per DHEC standards
· Plating food to quality spec and delivering it to the expo window in a fast and efficient manner, working in conjunction with other station line cooks.
· Teamwork with coworkers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings
