Responsibilities - Service Greeter / Driver:
- Greet Service Department customers in a courteous and professional manner and direct them to Service Advisors
- Answer the phone
- Drive customers to and from nearby locations and home if needed
- Ensure cars have gas in their tanks, filling them if needed
- Run dealership errands
- Make sure lot is tidy and organized
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Service Greeter / Driver:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance, and able to work on Saturday- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Position requires walking, bending, and standing
- Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated to succeed
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Driver's license and insurance and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
