Wednesday: 10am – 7pm
Thursday: 10am – 7pm
Friday: 10am – 8pm
Saturday: 10am – 7pm
Sunday: 11am – 6pm

Position Summary
The greeter is confident, approachable & upbeat as they assist customers with navigating our large furniture showroom. This team member welcomes customers, explains our non-commission shopping experience & provides answers to a wide variety of questions. Basic phone skills are required to connect internal retail sales team members with in-store customers that need assistance.
Must be out-going and love talking to customers!
Position Duties
- Work independently to greet customers face to face in a retail environment.
- Confidently promote Homemakers non-commission shopping experience with customers.
- Answer inquiries & assist with problem solving for customers.
- Direct customers on where to find products throughout the store.
- Provide basic product knowledge to customers.
- Connect sales team members with customers who may need their help.

Education Requirements
- High School or GED
- Two years of retail experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, sitting, talking, and listening skills.
Background check required.
