Bandon Dunes is a world-class Golf Resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

\uD83C\uDFAF Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Greenkeeper at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine condition of our world-renowned golf courses.
- Meticulously mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and managing pests to ensure the beauty and quality of our courses.
- Collaborating with a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Adapting swiftly to changing priorities and weather conditions, always ensuring optimal course conditions.
\uD83D\uDD11 Qualifications: To excel in this role, we are seeking a Greenkeeper who possesses the following qualifications:
- While experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is desired, it is not required. We welcome candidates with a passion for the outdoors and a willingness to learn.
- A strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
- Flexible working hours, including early mornings (4:00 am) and weekends.
- A sharp eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various types of equipment.
- Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's motor vehicle operating standards.
- Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug test and background check.
\uD83D\uDCAA Physical Requirements: The Greenkeeper role involves physical activity at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. As such, candidates must meet the following physical requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, exposed to various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to engage in tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and manual labor.
- Ability to lift 50 Ibs occasionally and 10 Ibs constantly.

- Mowers
- Trimmers
- Fertilizing equipment
- Pest management tools
