The GRC Platform Senior Analyst plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing the Archer GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform for the organization. This role combines technical expertise with an understanding of risk management and compliance processes to deliver effective solutions. The GRC Platform Analyst will have the opportunity to fulfil the vision of a centralized platform for integrating various enterprise risk frameworks, developing workflows, and designing reporting to support these processes.
Salary Range- $90,300 - $157,200
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements to design and implement solutions; including workflows within the Archer platform to meet business needs.
- Configure, customize, develop and deploy GRC solutions including: analytical tools, dashboards and reports to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness of the GRC Archer platforms and integration with other systems.
- Monitor GRC system performance, diagnose and resolve issues related to the Archer platform across production and available lower environments to resolve issues.
- Provide impact analysis of configuration activities across shared Archer solutions (dependency analysis).
- Develop training materials, provide training to end-users and create documentation for system configurations.
- Ensure security, user access, and data integrity of the Archer platform by following best practices and compliance standards.
- Interact with Archer Vendor support and stay informed about the product updates and enhancements. Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
- Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Financial Services, Business Administration, Technology or Risk Management
- Three years of platform implementation experience preferably in the financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications the hiring team would prefer an applicant to have.
- Archer (GRC) platform implementation experience in the financial services industry. Experience in use cases related to Operational Risk, Issue Management, Compliance and Model Risk.
- Experience with API creation, data feed creation, SQL skills, XML, Mail Merge, Advanced Workflow, Archer software support, Troubleshooting / break-fix resolution, Java Script, and Data Gateway.
- Previous risk management and/or internal audit experience desirable.
Job Competencies:
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Archer GRC platform preferred.
- Solid understanding of requirements gathering, end-user acceptance testing concepts, and documentation.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, including the ability to create change through the use of positive influence to effectively liaise and communicate with business process owners, senior level management, auditors, and regulators.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
