Graphics Installer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics Installer to join our team. As a Graphics Installer, you will play a crucial role in transforming creative designs into visually appealing and high-quality graphics installations. Your expertise in handling various types of graphics, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to our company's reputation for delivering exceptional visual brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphics Installation: Execute precise installation of various graphics, including but not limited to vehicle wraps, window graphics, wall murals, banners, and signage.
• Preparation: Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, measuring, and ensuring that conditions are suitable for optimal adhesion and alignment of graphics.
• Layout and Alignment: Accurately measure and align graphics according to provided templates and design specifications, ensuring symmetry and proper placement.
• Cutting and Trimming: Skillfully use cutting tools and techniques to trim graphics to fit specific dimensions and contours, maintaining clean and polished edges.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and transport graphics materials, ensuring they are not damaged during transit and installation.
• Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues during installation, such as adhesion challenges, surface irregularities, or design inconsistencies, and implement effective solutions.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that installed graphics meet design specifications, are free from defects, and uphold our standards for aesthetics and longevity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each installation project, including photographs, notes on challenges faced, techniques employed, and client feedback, for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Communication: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure clear understanding of installation requirements and expectations, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to property during installation activities.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keep installation tools and equipment in proper working condition, performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues to the appropriate department.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in graphics installation, vinyl application, or related field is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for precision when aligning, trimming, and applying graphics.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, able to adapt to unexpected challenges during installations and find effective solutions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods during installations.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various graphics installation tools, equipment, and materials.
• Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Creativity: An understanding of design concepts and aesthetics to ensure graphics are installed in a visually appealing and balanced manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
