Rainbow Companies is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our in-house creative services and marketing strategy teams to produce effective and captivating campaign deliverables to help reach business objectives across all divisions in Rainbow. Be a part of a creative team that produces award-winning print, web, video, social media, and live marketing events nationwide!
You will be responsible for implementing the creative vision and strategy into each campaign through visual storytelling. The ideal candidate has experience creating visually appealing and inspiring creative for business and consumer audiences. You are a self-starter who can take a creative idea and run with it.
What you will do
- Create a variety of print and digital media deliverables, including catalogs, magazine ads, social media graphics, trade show booths, sales collateral and digital advertising to reach both B2B & B2C audiences.
- Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines, adhere to brand and quality standards, and drive business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects while providing consistent results.
- Arrange pre-press coordination for printed materials.
- Work with Creative Services Team to identify opportunities for improvement in technologies, operations, production, and processes.
- Assist with copywriting, editing, and website updates when needed.
- Help Social Media Manager to deliver our brand voice through social media content and community management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of graphic design experience in both digital and offline media.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (on Apple/Mac).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines across various business strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams toward project completion.
- A portfolio of creative work demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Premier, Lightroom, and After Effects.
- Experience using project management software for project tracking and completion (Asana preferred).
- Experience creating copy for social media and websites.
- Understanding of WordPress or other web-based Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Ecommerce system product updates (BigCommerce preferred).
- Experience with email marketing systems and/or building emails in HTML generators (HubSpot preferred).
