Graphic Designer

Healy Awards, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to work in our Menomonee Falls, WI home office. Candidates must be able to accurately work on multiple projects at various stages of production from start to finish. The Art department is responsible for the design and creation of a wide variety of printed products including sports helmet decals, stickers, signs, vinyl banners, awards, and certificates.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Creative:

• Design and layout artwork for a variety of printed projects from concept to completion
• Produce customer artwork proofs
• Execute revisions as necessary to customer artwork proofs
• Develop graphics and product images to be added to Healy’s website (www.healyawards.com)
• Develop graphics for email marketing and social media
• Assist in catalog design

Production:

• Prepare final digital files for print, utilizing a variety of output devices.
• Proof, troubleshoot, and revise layouts for items such as proper bleed allowances, CMYK and spot colors.
• Assist production team with printing and assembly of products.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Three or more years of related work experience
• Portfolio demonstrates exceptional and highly creative graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Experience in creating graphics for different social media platforms
• Extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free work
• Proven ability to uphold established creative standards and brand consistency across all projects
• A passion for design, ability to anticipate and stay current with graphic design trends
• Strong creative thinking, aesthetic, typography and layout skills
• Impeccable file management, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while working quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and team-oriented work style
• Able to learn and utilize new technology quickly and accurately as it pertains to our business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
