Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization and Execution
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Produce high-quality designs for print collateral, digital assets, branding materials, packaging, and other marketing materials.
Brand Identity and Visual Consistency
- Maintain and enhance brand identity and visual consistency across all design projects and touchpoints.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards in all design work.
Digital Design and Multimedia
- Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and interactive features into digital designs as needed.
Print Production and Prepress
- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production of marketing collateral, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Conduct prepress checks and proofing to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and specifications clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Creative Innovation and Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and multimedia.
- Seek opportunities for creative innovation and experimentation to push the boundaries of design excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
