AddressThe Graphic Design Specialist supports the marketing programs and initiatives within the marketing Department of Jenne, Inc., a leading cloud service brokerage and value-added distributor of technology solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Designs electronic communications including emails, web banners, and digital marketing.
- Designs collateral materials, including brochures, and sales literature.
- Designs e-catalog pages, including updating existing product information and/or entering new product information following established design guidelines and template.
- Identifies correct photo images for products for placement in print and electronic marketing materials.
- Places copy descriptions within product literature, e-catalogs, emails, and digital marketing materials, proofing them for accuracy.
- Ensures that company brand guidelines are maintained as well as follows established brand guidelines for manufacturer partners.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must demonstrate strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office Suite on a Mac platform.
- Website design experience (Umbraco, WordPress, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills to successfully interact with marketing department staff, other internal and external departments, and external customers and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while showing a keen attention to detail.
- Digital photography skills a plus.
- Salesforce Pardot experience a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic Design, Communications or Marketing.
- At least 1-3 years' related experience required.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 20lbs.
- Ability to be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
