JOB SUMMARY

We are expanding nationally and need someone to help us design and create visually spectacular images to support that growth. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

· Design and produce a variety of marketing and promotional materials such as website graphics, digital ads, social media short-form video/gifs, email campaigns, social media graphics, in-clinic marketing, and other related materials.

· Provide exceptional client service, taking on full ownership and project management of assigned projects.

· Collaborate with teams supported, create project schedules and hit key deadlines.

· Develop creative ways to present material in a graphically pleasing and impactful manner using existing and cutting-edge technologies.

· Visit our clinics around DFW area to help gather content and imagery.

· Support Marketing team with various events and sponsorship efforts.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in Graphic Design, marketing or equivalent experience

· 1-3 years professional experience in Graphic Design

· A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital materials.

· Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

· Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

· Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design assets

· A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital materials.

· Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas from start to finish.

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

· Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.

· Self-starter with excellent project management skills.
