We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant Writer to join our team. The Grant Writer will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, program development, and financial report writing.
```Duties```
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities
- Develop and maintain a grant proposal calendar
- Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals
- Collaborate with program managers to gather necessary information for proposals
- Ensure all grant applications are submitted on time
- Track and report on the progress of grant-funded projects
- Maintain accurate records of all grants received and their outcomes
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for grant-funded projects
- Manage relationships with funders and provide regular updates on project progress
```Experience```
- Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear and persuasive proposals
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in grant applications
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial report writing for grant-funded projects
- Experience with contract management and compliance requirements
