SalaryThis position will report to the ROM (regional Office Manager). The primary responsibility of this position is to perform accounting support duties at the direction of the ROM. Duties will vary depending on the location the position is situated and the needs of the company. Duties would include settling grain, contracting grain, running the scale at any elevator within the company, clerical office duties, covering for vacations, and all other duties as assigned.

Provide excellent customer service
Perform daily Grain Settlements in accordance with Standard Operating Processes (SOP’s)
Enter purchase contracts in Agvance
Ensure that contracts are signed and marked in
Agvance
Guide customer app experience
Perform scale duties
Provide customer service
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency of Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of Grain Accounting a plus
Capacity to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
