Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Engineering Design Organization! As a graduate Structural Engineer, you will assist with the engineering design, evaluation and implementation of structures associated water and wastewater infrastructure, industrial, property and building and government/department of defense projects. This position can be based in San Francisco, Concord, Santa Rosa or Sacramento, CA.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Assisting Engineers by performing the routine aspects for engineering assignments
- Performing design calculations, sketches and technical comparisons
- Reviewing and editing project specifications
- Preparing and editing designs and drawings recommended by Project Engineers
- Preparing portions of project documents
- Researching code and regulatory requirements
- Researching design options, component specifications and document findings for Project Engineers and Job Manager
- Responding to contractor's questions and preparing alternate designs as needed under the guidance of Project Engineers
- Performing analysis and design retrofit of new and existing utilities.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's Degree is a plus
- Engineering In Training (EIT) certification preferred
- 0-2 years of Structural Engineering experience; internship experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of modeling and design software as applicable

Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000 based on experience and location.
