- Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)

About the Program: As a StaRN Graduate Nurse Resident, you will:
- Enjoy meaningful learning opportunities: Immerse yourself in a supportive cohort setting, where networking and skill-building thrive.
- Complete comprehensive training: Our program includes 10-12 weeks of new employee and unit orientation, didactic training, certification courses, simulation, and e-learning.
- Gain hands-on experience: Spend 5-6 weeks working alongside dedicated preceptors in various units, including Med/Surg, Critical Care, Behavioral Health, and more.
- International Students Welcome: We offer visa sponsorship for international students who graduated from accredited nursing programs within the United States (excluding nationals from India and China).
Qualifications: To be considered for this program, you should:
- Hold a current nursing degree (associate's or bachelor's) by the start date.
- Have passing NCLEX results by the start date.
- Not have prior experience as an acute care hospital Registered Nurse.
- Be flexible to work day or night shifts, depending on unit-specific needs.
- Commit to a full-time Registered Nurse position for a two-year period.
- Comply with the state mandate regarding the COVID-19 vaccine.
