Position Highlights
*Manage patient care by performing nursing assessments delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.
*Collaborate with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
*Communicate patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts
