POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a post-Graduate Intern to join our Investment team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support investment underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
  • Create presentations and memoranda for investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and identify industry trends to support new investment
  • Maintain historical transactions, underwritten deals, and current pipeline opportunities
  • Help execute business development initiatives
  • Analyze historical portfolio performance
  • Additional projects as directed

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent judgment with understanding of when to ask questions / escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, organized, and hard working
  • Integrity and a commitment to excellence
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Argus modeling preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Currently enrolled in a MS in Real Estate or MBA program graduating in 2025.
