Job SummaryProvide administrative and budgetary support to MURACE in the student travel reimbursement process. Work collaboratively with others to support the mission and all activities of the department.
ResponsibilitiesCommunication - 30
Will respond to inquiries regarding student travel and MURACE events or direct them to the appropriate people.
Liaison - 10
Serves as liaison to other Georgia College units
Event Planning - 20
Assist in planning and executing MURACE events
Administrative Support - 40
Gather and manage data and information; prepare reports

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Experience
Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft, Smartsheet, and Knowledge Box.
SKILLS
