Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting Letters governance framework across the enterprise. Letters are legally required communications that can be sent as email or print. Promotes standardization of Letter processes systems and data. Supports channel growth through process enablement and evolution. Leads Statement messaging content post install validation and peer reviews customer targeting/messaging within the Statement channel.
Major Responsibilities:
Letters Governance -
Shares a vision of unification of Lettes standards and processes. Supports strategy and vision of an error-free enterprise Letters communication channel. Participates and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives prioritized through the Letters Community of Practice COP
Leads projects to drive process improvements and enhancements which reduce risk within the channel. Supports ongoing initiatives to strengthen Compliance Management System. Ensures documentation is up-to-date in regards to new processes and changes to existing processes
Documents and evolves Letter Owner training guides and socializes new process to broader audience. Assists with standardization of Letter communication templates across enterprise to promote brand consistency and mitigate risk
Assists with the documentation of data templates across 60 upstream triggering applications and the execution of data standards. Promotes the establishment of end-to-end monitoring on all required Letters
Manages Letters ownership ensuring all Letter Owners and respective Liaisons are identified and up to date. Ensures Letter Owners and Liaisons understand their responsibilities
Partners with Letter Owners and Letter Liaisons across the enterprise on issue management projects issue mitigation remediation etc.
Statements Messaging Support -
Support of the Statement messaging channel – Responsible for peer reviewing content and customer targeting to ensure accuracy of messaging out in the marketplace. Focus on automation of peer review activities driving capacity savings and risk reduction. Lead post install content validation activities ensuring accurate messaging in production
