Currently, we are searching for a Senior Google Chronicle Consultantto join our team in a 100% remote capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
\u25CF Able to solo deliver or act as "point" for complex projects
\u25CF Acts as technical escalation point to assist other consultants
\u25CF Lead in Architecture Reviews and hardware specification recommendation efforts
\u25CF Lead in all Technology deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, and third-party system integration
\u25CF Lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts
\u25CF Design, implement and educate on specific technology build processes
\u25CF Provide knowledge transfer and post production support activities as necessary
\u25CF Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional associations
\u25CF Obtain and maintain top tier vendor certifications with input from Practice Leadership
\u25CF Complete administrative project tasks like time and expense entry, status reporting, and project completion reporting
\u25CF Occasional travel to meet client needs
Minimum Job Qualifications:
\u25CF Must have strong expertise with Google Chronicle
\u25CF 3-5 years of experience with deploying and implementing modern SIEM/UEBA solutions (e.g. Chronicle, Splunk, Sentinel, Sumo Logic, Exabeam, etc.), 4-7 years of technical architecture experience
\u25CF Experience with Google Looker and Big Query
\u25CF Experience with SOAR platforms such as Chronicle SOAR, Palo Alto XSOAR, etc. preferred
\u25CF 5-7 years of related work experience
\u25CF Knowledge of general security concepts and methods such as vulnerability assessments, data classification, privacy assessments, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures, and governance
\u25CF Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, OSI model), operating system fundamentals (Windows, UNIX, mainframe), security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc.) and application programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
\u25CF Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues affecting clients related to privacy and data protection is a plus (e.g. PCI, DSS, GLBA, Basel II, EU Data Protection Directive, International Cross Border, and U.S. State Data Privacy Laws)
\u25CF Working knowledge of operating systems, virtual machine environments, mainframe security packages, and relational database management systems
\u25CF Expert knowledge of using Microsoft Office
\u25CF Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas
\u25CF Well-developed negotiation skills
\u25CF Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone
\u25CF Regular and predictable attendance
