**Responsibilities:**

1. **Navigation and Safety:** Safely navigate the gondola through the waterways of Napa Valley. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times. This includes being prepared for varying weather conditions and maintaining a clean and secure environment on the gondola.

2. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service to all guests. This includes greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and ensuring a comfortable seating arrangement. Be attentive to the needs and questions of passengers, offering blankets, beverages, or other comforts as provided by the service.

3. **Tour Guiding:** Offer informative and entertaining narration about Napa Valley’s history, culture, and landmarks. Share knowledge about the local vineyards, wine-making process, and any points of interest along the route. Engage with passengers in a friendly and informative manner to enhance their experience.

4. **Maintenance:** Perform daily checks and routine maintenance of the gondola to ensure it is in excellent condition. This includes cleaning the gondola before and after tours and reporting any necessary repairs or safety concerns.
