1. **Navigation and Safety:** Safely navigate the gondola through the waterways of Napa Valley. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers at all times. This includes being prepared for varying weather conditions and maintaining a clean and secure environment on the gondola.
2. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service to all guests. This includes greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and ensuring a comfortable seating arrangement. Be attentive to the needs and questions of passengers, offering blankets, beverages, or other comforts as provided by the service.
3. **Tour Guiding:** Offer informative and entertaining narration about Napa Valley’s history, culture, and landmarks.
