Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Provide Members with exceptional customer service
- Use a POS system to charge program fees, guest fees, and merchandise sales to members' account
- Answer and route all incoming calls and take messages as needed
- Answer questions related to the Golf Operation
- Greet members and guests and assist with check-in
- Maintain cleanliness of the check-in desk area in the Golf Shop
- Monitor the pace of play as golfers make the turn
