General Responsibilities:
Members of the golf team must be dedicated to providing superior customer service, exceeding all expectations for both members and guests. Team members must be detail oriented and prioritize tasks effectively. They must be dependable and be prepared to work weekdays, weekends and summer holidays. Individuals must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist Golf Professional staff to provide member services in the area of golf equipment, apparel, and gift sales providing input on product inventory levels and quality of service
- Book, Check-In, Charge, and Monitor the tee sheet and daily play
- Have a working knowledge of policies and procedures of the club
- Assist in the receipt of display merchandise
- Actively helping Members and Guests with merchandise sales, including creating special orders
- Stay informed of all upcoming events and be able to effectively communicate those events with Members and Guests
- Maintain a clean working environment including vacuuming, reorganizing, cleaning surfaces, and folding/hanging/steaming new products
- Answer incoming phone calls and serve as a contact point for the golf operation
Work Experience:
- Customer service skills a must (personable, friendly and socially engaging)

- High school degree or equivalent degree
Compensation:
- $13 per hour based on experience, plus tips (additional $3-$8/hr.)
- Looking for applicants who can be available for all shifts from April through October (seasonal position). 30-40 hours per week.
