Wage: Hourly (Tips & Scholarships)

The role of the Outside Operations Team is to assist the Director of Outside Operations in delivering a first class service to the members and guests of ECCC.

We are looking for someone to help add a positive example, in our enjoyable work environment. This individual must be reliable, hardworking and respectful.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Bag-Room:

• Make sure bag-room is clean, well maintained and organized.
• All clubs put away in storage must be cleaned.
• Assist members & guests with their bags/belongings
• Assist players in any way possible.
• Check tee times and assist the manager in making sure groups are set up/teeing off in a timely manner.

Carts/Cart-Barn:

• Clean/maintain all golf carts and the cart-barn as well.
• All carts must be spotless. (Cleaned)
• All carts must be properly dressed.
• All excess trash must be swept up and thrown out.
• Report of any malfunctioning golf carts or chargers.

Driving Range:

• This consists of picking, washing and stocking balls on our driving range.
• The ball washer should be cleaned & inspected daily
• Ball picker should be cleaned, inspected and filled with gas daily.
• Dirty balls should always be washed after being picked.
• Broken balls should be discarded.
• The driving range tee must be neat and clean at all times. Our members deserve a spotless, welcoming driving range and staff.
• The range should be continuously stocked with clean range balls.
• An employee should be picking balls and washing balls at all times. (Manager will delegate)
• Report any maintenance issues (Ball picker or Ball washer) to the Director of Outside Operations or their assistant.

Member/Guest Relations:

• Set a positive work example for yourself and other team members.
• Create an enjoyable, respectable work environment
• Maintain a professional, first-class level of service
• Service to our members & guests at ECCC is our top priority. Our goal is to assist our members/guests in any way possible.
• All members/guests must be engaged in a respectful, polite manner, always addressing them by their correct title.
• Attend to their needs. We always try to be one step ahead of all members/guests.

Other Notes:

• All areas we are responsible for should be spotless for our membership.
• Must represent ECCC in a professional manner on and off club property.
• Must uphold all ECCC policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 20lbs-40lbs and stand on your feet for a longer period of time.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Work in various weather conditions.
• Must be reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
