Golf and Outdoor Coordinator

Job Description:

• Manage our golf programs to ensure we provide an exceptional member and guest experience through a robust tournament calendar, a variety of instructional programs, membership activities/events and a variety of leagues
• This position will have extensive responsibilities within tournament operations, junior golf programming, starting daily play, coordinating corporate and charity outings, league management, membership services, and merchandising
• Provides a welcoming and responsive environment to members and their guests; reserves tee times, books lessons, answers phones, and maintains a friendly, positive, helping, and motivated attitude at all times.
• Assist with the Men’s, Ladies’, Mixed and Junior Golf programs, leagues and camps
• Promote and develop relationship with corporate accounts to grow and enhance our corporate membership base
• Immediately address and resolve member/guest complaints
• Continue personal & professional growth during the winter season thru assisting with winter project and programs involving the golf course.
• Manages LaBelle Lights alongside the Event Managers with full time participation during the the entirety.
• Performs daily opening and/or closing procedures as designated.
• Works closely with, advise, and coordinate with the Facilities and Operations Manager on any issues related to golf course maintenance.
• Administer and enforce all Golf Course rules, regulations and policies
• Helps to maintain the Golf Course in a fiscally responsible and professional manner
• Maintains records of expenses associated with all golf programs and memberships
• Maintains records and completes required reporting
• Work closely with HR to hire appropriately for mini Golf and golf hut associates
• Training and supervising of mini Golf and golf hut associates including disciplinary action and terminations as needed.
