The Toasted Yolk Café (www.thetoastedyolk.com) is growing at a terrific rate and not just in Houston! We have secured franchisees in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Indiana, and Arkansas just to name a few. With that comes the need to find the next leader to assist these franchisees in operating a successful café. As a Franchise Consultant you would be responsible for the operational performance of franchisees. This is through supporting both local and out of state franchisees in hiring, training, menu execution, brand loyalty, marketing, sales planning, food safety, identifying areas of opportunity, business policies and procedures. In addition, the Franchise Consultant will establish a relationship with our franchisees and welcome feedback and ideas. QA checklists and company standards will also be enforced to the franchisees by the Franchise Consultant.
A Franchise Consultant should have good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy to new franchisees. They should have strong leadership skills to manage franchise owners. The Consultant should be skilled in the particular policies and procedures of the franchise field, such as food preparation skills for a restaurant franchise.
Travel will be required with overnight stays possible (excluding openings when a week stay would be expected.)
The Franchise Consultant reports directly to the COO and works closely with The Toasted Yolk owners.
Preferred skills would be :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- 5+ years of operations experience in food & beverage, or similar industry
- Strength in building and developing relationships with clients, colleagues, business partners
- Skilled in root-cause problem solving methodologies
- Ability to present operational information both orally and written (PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $104,500.00 per year
