Job Description
A locally sourced, scratch-made restaurant operator is looking for a General Manager. This all-day diner serves an ever-changing seasonal menu, as well as beer, wine, and spirits. If you are passionate about this, then this position is for you.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast casual, farm-to-table setting. They will also have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, marketing, and finance. They will also be responsible for developing and executing the restaurant's vision and mission.
