Our shop is known for having the best paid and most productive technicians in the area. We consistently have 50-60 hours of weekly production that we are not able to complete with our current team and are looking to add a qualified and experienced member to our team to meet this customer demand.
You can expect an endless amount of work at Farris Motor Company with none of the chaos and stress of a big city Dealership. We have a specific need for Diesel and Transmission specialists, but there is easily 40+ hours weekly that can be produced by an experienced and motivated line technician.

Who Should Apply
We value experience and ability more than certifications and awards. ASE and MOPAR certifications are a plus, but we will pay for any certifications necessary as long as you demonstrate the desire for growth. We have room for diesel, electrical, transmission, and engine specialist as well as full-service line techs. - Hourly pay can exceed $60 per hour
- Bonus paid for production and sales
- All warranty is paid at 120% of your hourly rate. That means if your flat rate is $50 an hour, warranty will pay $60 an hour.
