Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Support on daily affairs management, including coordinating internal and external meetings, taking briefing record and assisting in implementation.
2. Support on the comprehensive management of the Los Angeles company, including the establishment and daily operation, branding, market development, business expansion, investment operation, project implementation, personnel administration and other comprehensive management.
3. Support on effective communication establishment with local agencies, participating in external business reception, and maintaining positive external image and relationship of the company.
4. Help to the establish and optimize the organization structure and talent team, and to implement talent reserve, cadre management, talent training and team building.
5. Completing other work arranged by the head of Los Angeles company.
Skills and Experiences Required
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration, economics, human resource management or equivalent;
2. Having both Chinese and American backgrounds is preferred;
3. More than 2 years working experience, with international company related work experience is preferred;
4. Good at organization and coordination, with strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and good professional image.
