Job description

Blackbaud is seeking a Global Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury team in our Corporate Finance division. Principal functions include bank account management, cash forecasting, debt and derivatives management and reporting, and ERP integration banking lead plus involvement with Capital Raising, Risk Management, FX hedging, and other activities within Global Treasury, under the direct supervision of a senior Treasury leader. Other primary responsibilities include economic purchasing analysis, merchant processing coordinator and providing support for other Corporate Treasury activities and reporting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Global bank account management responsibilities include maintaining bank account data, administrator on bank and credit card portals, opening/closing bank accounts, and completing Know Your Customer ("KYC") requests from banking partners as well as performing analysis on bank fees.

  • Perform tracking and reporting functions for Debt and Interest Rate Derivatives including covenant calculations.

  • Liaison with International Finance Team to complete cash forecasting and manage intercompany funding.

  • Work with senior Treasury leader to complete consolidated cash forecasting and analysis.

  • Responsible for economic purchasing analysis as well as managing Corporate leasing program including coordination with leasing company, bank funding sources and internal departments.

  • Involvement in projects in Risk Management, Hedging, Capital. Structure, and other areas of Corporate Treasury responsibility.

  • Responsible for documenting and keeping current Treasury policies and procedures.

  • Provide back up support for other Corporate Treasury tasks including daily cash position, wire/EFT payments, and ERP payment runs.

  • Build strong relationship between Treasury and other internal departments (e.g., accounting, tax, shared services, Payments Center of Excellence, legal, etc.), so related activities are coordinated, and information is effectively communicated.

What we'll want you to have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in the functional areas of Corporate Treasury or Finance/FP&A.

  • Familiarity with risk management products including interest rate and foreign exchange hedges and their impacts on capital structure.

  • Financial statement exposure to Corporate Treasury areas of Debt and Derivatives plus cash flow statement preferred.

  • Experience with banking platforms/ web portals, ERP and/or Financial Reporting systems, corporate credit card programs, multi-national cash flows and FX exposure required, with other international experience strongly preferred.

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.

The starting base pay is $53,400.00 to $70,300.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
