Over the past couple of years, Food & Nutrition has made significant progress to define our content strategy & foundational capabilities. These are critical to stay relevant and competitive in a world where consumer behaviors are increasingly shifting towards digital channels. As a business we have an opportunity to grow our social media presence and more agile and integrated D-comm ways of working through the creation of a Global Social Engagement Team. This team should be fully enabled by technical specialists to drive Social strategies and content creation that resonate and translate into brand love and transactions. This role will work very closely with the Global Brand Experience Director to deliver:
What are we looking for?
  • Business degree qualified
  • 3+ years' experience in relevant social Media roles
  • Vision Setting, Change Management & Deployment
  • Strong understanding of Social and Digital
  • Negotiation and Agency Management experience
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and manage/connect multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation & Story-telling skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to create strong relationships across internal departments and external partners.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Oversees the development of our Food & Nutrition brand level social media strategies (across brand & shoppable, organic and paid, owned and retailer, content and community management outputs).
  • Managing the social media team (agency) in their key deliverables (development and deployment of ongoing social content toolkits, community management principles, reporting and listening, stakeholder collaboration etc).
  • Drive the global alignment on social approach with internal stakeholders and platform partners
  • Drive our Dcomm Integration and traffic driving (to our retailer partner and eventually D2C platforms) strategy.
  • Lead social media community management strategy across the region.
  • Lead the creation of engaged social communities and PR worthy social media campaigns to drive fame and conversion online.
  • Define and develop our social measurement framework with a focus on meaningful engagements and conversion.
  • Manage day to day social publishing & scheduling from our official accounts using a social media management tool.
