Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
- Improve financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, strategic planning, and decision-making processes.
- Evaluate business performance against key metrics and benchmarks, providing actionable recommendations to management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads to gather relevant information.
- Monitor budget variances and analyze underlying causes, providing explanations and recommendations as needed.
- Continuously refine forecasting models and methodologies to improve accuracy and relevance.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, highlighting key findings and insights.
- Create ad-hoc financial reports and presentations as requested by senior leadership or department heads.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial information to stakeholders.
Strategic Support:
- Provide financial support and insights for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, or partnerships.
- Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis for new projects or ventures.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data accuracy.
- Implement best practices in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and tools.
Minimum Salary: $108,750.00
Maximum Salary:$166,750.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,750.00 and $166,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
