About the Role
Looking for candidates who are motivated to be part of a global team with focus on Program Management activities and IT systems areas. Work remotely with Program managers at the manufacturing locations and in person at corporate offices in Troy, Michigan. Work with IT development team(s) in rolling out new Program Management software and subsequent system releases. Actively participate in developing test solutions, documenting results, preparing training documents and contribute to software rollouts at various manufacturing locations.
Your Responsibilities
•Understand end-to-end Product Delivery Process (PDP) at Magna Exteriors
•Work with New Program Management Software to identify areas of improvement
•Contribute to newly identified projects in new traX software
•Support training and support divisional question on software questions or issues.
•Develop interpersonal skills and work with cross functional teams and Global teams.
•Create and maintain Training document for divisional rollouts
•Actively work with Data Analytics team on developing Dashboards, Metrics, & Predictive Customer Launches
Who we are looking for
•Exposure to Engineering and/or IT related courses
•Awareness of Software Development Methodologies
•Agile/Scrum methodologies knowledge preferred
•Basic understanding of Project Management
Your preferred qualifications
•Currently Attending College or University
•Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Ability to manage Remote work using TEAMS or similar
•Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
•Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies
•Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer
