Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing individual sales strategies
- Meeting or exceeding targeted revenue goals
- Identifying sales opportunities through individual networking, prospecting, participation in marketing efforts, attendance at industry meetings, RFP responses and proposal development and building internal relationships (cross-selling) with various Gallagher Lines of Business
- Represent Gallagher with external constituencies, professional associations, advisory groups, and others through speaking engagements, board memberships or other related ways of contribution.
- Client relationship management
- Five years consultative sales experience with longer/complex sales cycles
- Broad global or regional Global Mobility sales experience with a focus on tax advisory, assignment management, payroll management, short term business travel and/or immigration compliance and implementation
- Familiarity with the designing, implementing and managing of mobility programs
- Solid business acumen
