As a member of the PMO team, the IT Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring standards and processes are in place to support the core functional areas of Procurement and Projects, servicing our Business Community and supporting our Internal IT Teams.
The Global PMO Team is looking for an individual that is energetic, passionate, and self-proclaimed “doer” regarding all things IT, but is also a team-player in our fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain global purchasing process for all IT purchases (including Quotes) to ensure purchases are tracked, in budget and coordinated in a timely manner.
- Lead Change Management meetings with documentation.
- Manage our Project Intake process.
- Support IT projects as needed.
- Build and distribute IT reports / metrics as needed.
- Analyze IT costs to identify savings as available.
- Complete special projects as requested by Global IT PMO Manager or Chief Information Officer.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in computer technology or work experience equivalent.
- Experience with capturing project requirements.
- Detail oriented.
- Effective time management and communication skills (verbal and written) working with cross functional teams, including management regionally/globally.
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels, and serve as a role model for teamwork.
- Experience with procurement of IT equipment.
- Bilingual (verbal and written) is a plus.
