Building on our long history and experience in sustainability, the Global Sustainability Business division (SB) has the mission to bring all Schneider Electric (SE) acts together to provide unprecedent, end-to-end leadership to our clients as we help them to progress on their sustainable transformations, from formulating climate strategy to execution & deployment of sustainability offers, leveraging our entire portfolio of SE products and solutions along with the expertise we have within our division. As a key enabler of business success and performance, the Global HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning people to strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture and developing future organizational capabilities that are critical for success. Its scope covers workforce strategy & staffing, talent management, competency management and employee relations, in a context of business growth.
Primary HR interface to Sr Business Leaders, the main roles responsibilities are:

  • Support business strategy with HR activities and priorities such as leadership development, organizational design & development, talent management, workforce strategy & planning, employee engagement, etc.
  • Coordinate and guarantee that HR campaigns & policies are being correctly carried out around Group values
  • Support Global Sr Leaders and People Managers in the HR & organization management, with the local support of the Country HR BPs & Consultants
  • Know in-depth talent pool, and build robust succession plans for critical roles
  • Contribute to employees' professional development, focusing more specially on high potentials and talents. Ensure the right resources are at the right jobs & build bridges between SB departments and from/to other parts of SE
  • Own the Competency Master plan, working with Learning & Development organization to determine developmental needs for the organization linked to our business and talent strategy
  • Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges and HR strategy
  • Lead change management process during the introduction of new initiatives or transformation projects
  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
  • Participate in the SB HR Council and drive various transversal HR projects and activities - may be country, regional and/or global in scope. Support M&A activities
  • Build a strong knowledge of current HR practices and trends and apply them to the business while also developing an internal / external network that can be leveraged to drive HR excellence

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / Master in Human Resources.
  • Around 10-15 years with relevant experience focusing on HR Consulting to the business, in an international environment, gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources in a matricial environment
  • Broad knowledge of workforce strategy and staffing, talent management, competency management and employee relations
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with senior business leaders and internal stakeholders to influence change
  • Superior interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to be strategic & operational
  • Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment
  • Good communication skills
  • Resourceful and well organized
  • Collaborative and Team player
  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive. Able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
