We are looking for a highly strategic, accomplished Global Headof Talent & Human Resourcesto join our team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the culture and organizational development that supports the growth of both employees and the organization.
You Will:
- Define rEvolution’s strategic people priorities and build a roadmap in concert with business growth strategies.
- Drive global HR functional excellence and process improvement, providing strategic partnership and counsel to rEvolution’s executive team, to develop and drive the People strategy to meet our business goals.
- Foster an accountable HR team and ensure compliance with rEvolution’s values, mission, and vision.
- Work with our HR team to streamline and optimize workflows to gain efficiencies and improve the employee experience.
- Partner with the business to execute on key People initiatives (performance management, compensation, benefits, leadership, and development programs, etc.).
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, promotions, lateral transfers, leveling, and benchmarking.
- Drive growth within rEvolution, supporting leadership and employees in setting goals, career pathing, encouraging training and development opportunities, and ensuring managers are equipped with the tools to support performance management needs.
- Build strong relationships with employees, management, and the executive team.
- Lead team for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes and compliance with Corporate Operations.
You Have
- 15+ years of experience in a Human Resource position, with at least 5 of these working in a senior-level role within an organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
- Work experience in multi-site, international, multi-functional organization
- Experience in analyzing complex problems, designing, and implementing innovative solutions with measurable results.
This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago offices, but has a global reach
