Global Clearing Product Solutions Associate - Payments

As a Product Solutions Associate in Global Clearing, you are responsible for supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the discovery of potential solutions to clients' needs in collaboration with our Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams.

Global Clearing is a flagship product within Payments. The team is responsible for product performance, strategy, and development of USD, EUR, GBP clearing solutions delivered to banks, broker dealers, and non-bank financial institutions globally. Global Clearing supports a $500MM P&L and is a critical driver of the international growth agenda for the global Payments business and our Financial Institutions and Non-Bank Financial Institutions client segments.

Job responsibilities

• Supports team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide value
• Participates in strategic initiatives and coordinates on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilities
• Coordinates with the team to understand and assess current state, data capabilities, and the delivery of strategic solutions
• Aggregates the data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports
• Data analysis for both client specific requests and to help proactively identify new revenue opportunities in the Financial Institutions (FI) and Nonbank Financial Institutions (NBFI) segments
• Responding to detailed/technical elements of client RFPs and pricing client deals for payments & clearing services
• Responsible for creating materials to present to clients and/or senior management; develop compelling segment specific value propositions and proposals that will also drive marketing efforts & ensuring client marketing collateral is of a first-class standard

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of products
• Experience aggregating data to support analysis and report building
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior product management or sales experience preferred in the domain of cash management/cross-border payments
• Strong knowledge of correspondent banking, cross-border payments
• Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills; very strong presentation skills, with ability to lead client pitches
