SalaryThe Glass Claims Specialist is responsible for ensuring RV Glass Claims are handled in accordance with established guidelines and service instructions. Ensures timely completion of file review and glass replacement.
In this role you will deal/communicate directly with policy holders, glass shops, glass distributors to negotiate and manage RV Glass claims in accordance with our established procedures. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills; excels in customer service and is computer/tech savvy.
After 6 weeks of in-office training, this role will transition to work-from-home. Must be willing to train in person at our Worthington, OH office. Part-time positions available at a rate of $18/hour.
