About the Role: Uses analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and project management experience to assist end users with applications, including the ESRI suite of products and IBM Maximo Asset Management. Duties include troubleshooting, overseeing and managing licensing, providing ad hoc and scheduled reports, and assisting in prioritizing end user requests. This individual will be involved with planning and visioning future expansion and functionality of these systems. They will also participate closely with KGIS, a multi-municipal partnership between the City of Knoxville, Knox County, and KUB.

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or another relevant field from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with ESRI products, such as ArcMap, ArcPro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Knowledge and experience writing and editing queries and reports
- Experience with large enterprise applications, such as IBM Maximo or other work management systems
- Proficiency with product management tools, such as Jira
- Experience in an Agile team environment, including daily standups, sprint planning, and review sessions
