Job Summary
Responsible for analysis and support of business-critical software applications and systems, report development, decision support, data mining and analysis. This position bridges the gap between IT and all functional areas of the business from Sales, Order Entry, Production, Shipping to Accounts Receivable and Accounting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain queries and reports for business analysis and decision support.
- Conduct analysis and support of business-critical software applications and systems including CRM, ERP, ecommerce and other systems.
- Provide data mining and data integrity of business information.
- Conduct analysis and support of business-critical software applications and systems including CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and other systems.
- Support, administration, design and development of customer facing Website, web order system and EDI.
- Provide project management of IT related initiatives.
- Develop technical and user application documentation.
- Conduct and lead Business Applications testing and end user acceptance.
- Design and maintain various business forms from multiple systems.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science – Information Systems or related area.
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Use of collaboration tools, MS Teams, MS Visio O365 and Project Management software.
- Prior experience with requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- JDE EnterpriseOne, Infor CRM, ReportsNow, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and SQL beneficial.
