Job Qualifications

Listed below is open coaching position(s) within the Penfield Central School District. To begin coaching, a basic requirement needed is some background in the sport and documentation of the following:
A certified teacher will need the following:

 

• Certification in Adult and Child CPR/AED First Aid (NYSED approved) - CPR LINKS  
• Concussion Protocol - 2 options CDC or NFHS

A non-teacher will need the following certifications:

• Certification in Adult and Child CPR/AED First Aid (NYSED approved) - CPR LINKS  
• Concussion Protocol - 2 options CDC or NFHS 
• Child Abuse Course http://www.nysmandatedreporter.org/
• SAVE Workshop -https://www.gvboces.org/Page/188 
• DASA -DASA CLASSES
• Coaching license in hand - if 1st time temporary license wait until hired before clicking hired by Penfield
• Fingerprinted - can be scheduled at new hire meeting with district office.
