Responsibilities
- Provide personalized mentorship and support to Rideshare and Food Delivery Drivers.
- Assist drivers in understanding the intricacies of the gig economy and maximizing their earning potential.

- Educate drivers on best practices for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ratings.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure drivers are informed and equipped with the latest knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a successful rideshare or Food Delivery Driver.
- In-depth understanding of the gig economy and the challenges faced by Gig Workers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively mentor and support drivers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address various driver-related issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and evolving platform requirements.
- Tech-savviness with experience using Rideshare and Food Delivery apps.
- Familiarity with local transportation regulations and laws pertaining to Gig Work.
