Geologist-Upstream Oil & Gas

Small PE backed operator seeking a Geologist with a strong background in development and operations. This person will be the sole Geologist on staff working on a cross-disciplined team. Must be able to come in and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance production efficiency
• Geologic mapping
• Field development
• Determine well spacing and landing strategies
• Manage geosteering efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Geology or related degree
• Development geology experience
• 8~ years of upstream operator experience
• Unconventional/Horizontal experience a must
• Petra desirable
• Local DFW candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
