This role will provide cleaning to customer building as needed, train Team Members on cleaning process and protocol, perform quality control inspections correcting any issues to ensure that customers are satisfied, strongly communicating with team members and leadership, you will be covering call ins and time off. Will work with the Services Managers to ensure that Team members have all the tools, training and resources.

- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures
Ability to do and Training Team members on:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Knowledge Training Team members
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
- Knowledge of Cleaning systems and processes
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues or defects
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to perform inspections
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
